How to Make an Order
Customers can order:

- via e-mail to info@pietranticaweb.it
- via telephone or fax to +39 0824.930141
Select the desired products and list them in the shopping cart,
following all the instructions to ensure a complete and accurate description of the order.
DDue to the particular nature of the products in question, postage and packing costs are
calculated according to quantity and orders are therefore identified initially as a Purchase
Order. This does not constitute a financial transaction.
On completion of the Purchase Order, availability and postage and packing costs
will be assessed and subsequently e-mailed (or if necessary telephoned), to the
Customer as part of a comprehensive breakdown of all associated costs. Details of
the link required to confirm the order and make payment are also supplied.
Once the order is fully validated, a further e-mail is then sent to the customer confirming completion. |
